Are you ready for caffeinated consciousness? Okay, okay…I try to drink tea and I try to stick to frozen yogurt but sometimes, I just want ice cream and coffee. Is that so wrong? And typically during these times, I’m tired…tired enough to deliriously think that my iced coffee would taste even better if it was made into a coffee float with YUP, you guessed it…coffee ice cream. The other day a friend and I were discussing how it’s the teeny tiny simple things that make us happy, and we vowed to actively engage in a new small simplicity every day. To me, that means sitting in the sunshine drinking an iced double coffee float. What does it mean to you?
